Mammoth Cave Hotel offers the only in-park lodging in Mammoth Cave National Park. Four different room types--including rooms with trail views, rooms near the entrance to Mammoth Cave, historic cabins and forest cottages--are offered, some only seasonally. On-site dining is provided in three different outlets: the Travertine Restaurant, the Crystal Lake Coffee Shop and fast food at TrogloBITES. Guests enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner featuring local favorites, home cooking, signature grits and ice cream. Visitors are invited to tour the historic on-site photography exhibit in the Travertine Dining Room: Mammoth Cave Hotel: Centuries of Hospitality chronicles the role of the hotel since 1816 in the development of cave exploration and regional visitation by boat, train, and auto.
