Sugar Tree Hollow Trail, a loop trail, begins just west of the entrance to Bald Rock Picnic Ground. The trail leads downhill for about a half mile before intersecting with the Cane Creek Trail #410. Sugar Tree Hollow Trail then follows a small drainage upstream and ends on the east side of the picnic area near the volleyball court.
